Aliphatic Clearcoat

Description

VersaFlex Aliphatic ClearCoat is a 100% solids, aliphatic polyurea floor coating. Aliphatic ClearCoat displays virtually no odor and is very moisture insensitive. This product has been specifically formulated as a topcaot for exsisting epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea and other coating systems. It may be used as a standalone coating. This coating is extremely color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics. Aliphatic ClearCoat can be applied in temperatures ranging from 0o F to 200o F. When fully cured, Aliphatic ClearCoat will produce a highly abrasion resistant, high-gloss, smooth finish. Aliphatic ClearCoat is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings and liners on concrete or metal substrates.  Its composition makes it suitable for applications requiring color stability. Aliphatic ClearCoat produces an extremely tough film at any thickness. Aliphatic ClearCoat may be applied in all positions to any suitably prepared substrate.

Applications & Uses

Aliphatic ClearCoat adheres well to several substrates including concrete, steel, and plastic. The high tensile strength of the coating allows this product to better withstand the abuse of industrial equipment, steel-wheeled carts, and forklifts with minimul cracking and peeling. The excellent chemical resistance is well suited for some harsh applications.
