Description

VersaFlex SL/45 is a self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint sealant material ad low temperature, low pressure spray material. Designed for 25% movement of installed joint width. Recommended maximum joint opening 3/4 inch. Recommended time of cure of concrete minimum 30 days prior to installing joint filler or joint sealant.

Applications & Uses

VersaFlex SL/45 is used to fill random cracks, contraction joints, control joints or new construction joints on new or old horizontal concrete surfaces. SL/45 is ideal for use on elevated parking decks, balcony decks, pedestrian decks, bridge decks, and on-grade slabs where its quick and positive cure will allow rapid turn around and return to use. SL/45 is highly flexible, retaining full properties and memory capability while allowing normal joint movement and accomodating slab movement where designed movement and thermal cycling will occur.
