    VersaFlex manufactures polyurea elastomer sealants, repair material, and spray membranes and liners for the rapid repair and protection of concrete and metal surfaces.  Flexible VersaFlex polyurea joint sealants and fast set sprays are an advanced technology produced from the ancestral polyurethane and epoxy technologies.  Polyurea is relatively moisture insensitive at the time of installation; and has a much greater thermal tolerance than most currently available urethanes, epoxies, vinyl esters, polyesters, bitumens, and other historically available sealants, coatings, and liners. Polyurea joint fillers and protective spray membranes are truly elastomeric; with high elongations, high tear strengths, a wide range of durometer, and superior modulus of elasticity.   

    Polyurea self-leveling sealants are custom designed for use as sawed joint fillers, contraction joint sealers, construction joint sealants, and interior and exterior expansion joint sealants. Specially formulated low temperature curing polyurea elastomers are designed to be applied at temperatures as low as -20^oF, making polyurea ideal for use in freezers and cold storage facilities without costly shut down scenarios.

    Rapid curing self-leveling polyurea repair material, QuickMender, is formulated to fill spalls, repair damaged joint faces and function as an elastomer enddam in concrete slabs bridge decks, and parking decks.

    Fast set polyurea spray coatings and liners may be applied at temperatures as low as -40^oF. Designed to be used on most substrates, fast set VersaFlex spray polyurea is often the material of choice as a coating or liner for concrete and metal roofs, tanks, decks, parking structure traffic membranes, below grade waterproofing, dampproofing, and general containment ponds and lagoons. VersaFlex fast set spray polyurea is jet fuel resistant, as are all the polyurea sealant and repair products.  Polyurea is especially suitable as a flexible liner or membrane in the containment of sewerage and waste wastewater. Its high abrasion resistance makes polyurea ideal for transmission of most liquids containing a high percentages of suspended solids.

     All VersaFlex polyurea elastomers undergo rigorous quality control and certified testing. We’ve developed AquaVers 405, an ANSI/NSF 61.5 pure polyurea for use on potable water projects on all substrates without size restrictions.
