Jamie will now turn his attention to our Houston PolyVers International facility.With his leadership it is fully expected that Houston should ease into its certification in the shortest possible time. With both our primary plants certified in the United States, VersaFlex and PolyVers will be better able to serve our customers.

VersaFlex polyurea, technical coatings and associated products find many and varied uses within industrial and commercial construction and maintenance. In order to bring you information regarding the use of our SYSTEMS and to provide a tool for resolving your coating and sealing requirements, we provide a SYSTEMS approach service that will inform your specifying process.

VersaFlex understands that, regardless of your industry niche; concrete, metal, and other substrates are attached in much the same way.  While each industry and each installation has its own unique requirements, we believe the SYSTEMS we are offering here will fit many typical situations. Chemical Containment

This category contains specifications and product selection information for primary and secondary containment of aggressive and hazardous chemicals. While pure aromatic and aliphatic polyurea is suitable for many chemical containments, VersaFlex has found that some chemical compounds require special care when protecting tanks and other structures and where sensitive environmental issues exist. VersaFlex has developed VT-40 Finish Coat and LC-25 primer to address all but the most severe circumstances.

Concrete Coating

This category contains specifications and product selection information when applying our polyurea material to sound concrete. VersaFlex has furnished liners for every sort of application: water features, parking decks, mild chemical containment, below grade waterproofing, the list is endless. Aromatic (more industrial in nature) and aliphatic (UV resistant and more decorative) polyureas are used, dependent on function.

Self Leveling Joint Systems & Low Pressure Spray Polyurea

This category contains specifications and product selection information for installation of our polyurea joint sealants and joint fillers and for use of Self Leveling ambient temperature joint sealant and filler material as spray polyurea coatings. These products are all aromatic and some small color change, that does not harm their protective function, may occur.

This category contains specifications and product selection information for water resistant  and abrasion resistant coatings applied to various vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic bearing surfaces. Industrial and architectural SYSTEMS are included. Aromatic (more industrial in nature) and aliphatic (UV resistant and more decorative) polyureas are used, dependent on function. Our polyurea materials promote year around installation schedules since temperature at time of installation is not a prohibiting factor. Many single and multi-level parking structures have been completely protected while the facility was in use.

Water & Wastewater Containment

This category contains specifications and product selection information for the storage and containment of Potable water and Industrial water and wastewater. AquaVers 405 (polyurea membrane), AquaVers 20 (primer), and AquaVers 201 (UV resistant aliphatic coating) all have ANSI/NSF 61.5 barrier material approval. Our aromatic polyurea is generally suitable for most process water installations.
